Delete Your Cranq Account

You can permanently delete your account and all associated data directly inside the Cranq app, or by contacting us via email.

Delete in the app

  1. Open Cranq on your device.
  2. Tap Settings (bottom tab).
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
  4. Confirm in the dialog — the action is immediate and permanent.

What gets deleted

  • Your account and profile
  • All bikes, components, and maintenance records
  • All ride history
  • All app settings and preferences
  • Any active subscription is cancelled in RevenueCat (billing via Apple/Google — cancel there separately if needed)

Request deletion by email

If you no longer have access to the app, send a deletion request from the email address associated with your account to cranq.team@gmail.com. We will process it within 30 days.

Data retention

Account deletion is immediate and irreversible. We do not retain any personal data after deletion, except where required by applicable law.
