1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Cranq, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
Cranq is an offline utility app that provides cycling tire pressure guidance. No user account is required to use the core functionality.
3. Safety and Pressure Recommendation Disclaimer
Pressure recommendations are advisory only. Riding conditions, equipment condition, rider experience, and other variables can affect safe pressure values.
You are solely responsible for checking your equipment and deciding what pressure to use. You assume all risk for your riding and safety decisions.
4. No Warranty
Cranq is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cranq and its developer are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the service.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict of law principles.

8. Strava API Usage
Cranq integrates with the Strava API to provide automatic ride syncing and mileage tracking. By connecting your Strava account you agree to Strava's API Agreement in addition to these Terms.
- Cranq accesses your Strava activities, profile, and gear read-only and solely for the purpose of tracking bike mileage and maintenance intervals.
- Strava data is not shared with third parties, used for advertising, or used for AI/ML model training.
- You can revoke Cranq's Strava access at any time in Settings → Strava → Disconnect, or directly at strava.com/settings/apps.
- Upon disconnection, all Strava OAuth tokens, gear mappings, routing rules, and synced Strava ride summaries are permanently deleted from Cranq's servers.
- Cranq is an independent application and is not endorsed by or affiliated with Strava, Inc.
